Application:
MXC-10 is a high-efficiency and low-odor reactive foaming catalyst. Because the molecular structure of MXC-10 contains hydroxyl functional groups, it can react with NCO in isocyanate to form part of polyurethane foam, thus reducing the odor of polyurethane products and VOC volatilizing.
MXC-10 is used in A variety of polyurethane foams to replace traditional polyurethane foam catalysts MXC-A1(DABCO BL-11, Niax catalyst A-1, JEFFCAT ZF-22). It is recommended for high resilience soft molding foams such as: automotive PIP integrated foaming headrest, low-density all-water packaging foam and low-density all-water spraying polyurethane foam, etc., with low odor characteristics, it can prevent the symptoms of blindness caused by odor volatilization during use, and greatly improve the operating environment of workers.
